You know I been kicking my ass and been having some down days but today i had something completely unexpected happen

I was on live radio - hers how it started On Monday I got a call from the Michael berry show for a interview on live radio

Had to decline cause I did t have the spare time during my client- I had @dakota_workman in the chair ( client since 2019 )

Well my good friend and Marine Brother James Carell contacted me telling me they want to go e you some air time hers his number give him a call

My name is Nazario Castillo, Owner and Operator of The Barber Effect Barbershop.

This past weekend, The Barber Effect was honored to be joined by six incredible professionals from the hair industry. Together, we volunteered our time in support of the mission at the PTSD Foundation of America.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to personally thank Hugo, Alicia, Lindsey, Psalms, Nilda, and Carson. Your dedication and generosity made this day possible—we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

As a team, we provided 7 to 8 complimentary haircuts, proudly serving American heroes at the PTSD Foundation of America in Houston.

I would like as much support as possible,

Tonight I started my small 2 day 2 mile mental and physical conditioning for my 48 mile goal in the month of February

Along with this challenge, I’m challenging myself to carry a little bit of extra weight

This weight that I will carry represents the invisible weight that a lot of service men and women and first responders Carey fighting a battle by themselves

I am blessed to be able to attempt this challenge

I havnt done any physical exercise since my motorcycle accident

Last year I did a 5k with WWP in San Antonio with my sister

This 48 Mile ruck
Is going to be dedicated to 22/day suicide prevention

My goal is to raise $200
To raise awareness for this cause

If you care to Suport, there will be a link where you can make a donation to the foundation

I am also using this opportunity to become active again and soon be able to do a light jog and hopefully gain the flexibility to ride a bicycle again

Ever since my accident, I have not been able to do a lot of physical activity due to my limitations on bending my left knee

I’m happy to say that within a three year span I went from 0% flex to today being at 80% flex

Once I am able to get to 90% flex, I will get reevaluated by the doctor for a second surgery to reconnect. All four ligaments on my left knee.

You will see me go on Facebook live and or take pictures

I am starting my little warm-up on a treadmill

The goal is going to be to venture out and explore different parks in my neighborhood to reach this 48 mile goal
